What does Mr Squeglia think of the fact that the CEO of Crecent, Gene Curcio, does not have an office at One World Trade Center in Long Beach, his corporation is NOT in good standing with the state of Nevada, and Hancock Mutual Life Insurance Co. is sueing him as well as Phone time resources, another one of Curcio's "companies". Suit filed August 1998
