waltertx, Again I ask you how can we be sued individually? What would the "cause of action" be? Libel? Slander? Failure to give AA our proxies? All the allegations are based on facts....any lawsuit against shareholders would be frivolous and those frivolous lawsuits invite retaliatory awards by judges including attorney fees, expenses (which always skyrocket when the judge makes that kind of award)---believe me you dont want to file a frivolous lawsuit because then lawyer and client expenses crawl out of the woodwork. Have you and your group calculated your losses? Are you happy with them?? Maybe you should join us to restore your share value.
