It just means that there were plenty of buyers and sellers all trying to get the best price. This resulted in a narrow spread and I really wouldn't read more into it than that. The chart looks good and the stock has very possibly put in a triple bottom. The close near the upper end of today's trading range also looks good. The 4 1/2 area looks like a bottom and the risk to reward is excellent. Stop at 4 to 4 1/4, short term target 5 1/2 to 6, intermediate term target 7 1/4 to 7 3/4. You can't ask for much better odds than that.
