One last word on: e-mail I know I've mentioned that in the past and I won't hold up the thread but the e-mail since Monday stands at 792. Even just answering subscriber e-mail takes over 2-1/2 hours a day and no 'autoresponder' can handle those. As I said I have a audible alert that I keep on until 2:00 a.m and any 'emergency' log in problems or anything else will get immediate attention. I have a webmaster that I give certain problems to but sometimes your computer configuration just won't be incompatible.. We have had only one such person and he upgraded his computer yesterday. But please use the marketgems e-mail address and not the PM on SI for 'emergencies'. Some of you are 'apologizing' for asking questions, but there is no need to. I got my first subscriber from Moscow yesterday and one from a country that I still can't identify <<Sandgasse 23 Graz A A 8010>>?? If Konstantin needs me to call him in Moscow for any reason, I would do it. So just keep mailing away, I'm also sorry if I can't get to all of them. There is not enough time in the day
