Platter,

1)Oil now back up to the mid 12's.
2)Many sources of domestic supply now shut down permanently or indefinately.
3)OPEC nations finally looking to get serious concerning production cooperation. They sem to realize that they can't afford to keep cutting each others throats.
4)Cold snap in the NorthEast where heating oil use is highest.
5)Asia slowly recovering.

OS index still anemic and not responding.

API numbers out tonight.

Is this the calm before the storm?
