10 for only about the third time in a year and its all quiet here?

So, what the thoughts on what SPNSF will do when (if?) it goes above 11 or so. Plunge back down again or go up higher. And if it hits the teens, will it then drift down again? And if not, why not, given that is its past history.

I'm not expecting a crystal ball, just opinions.

FWIW, mine is 11.5 - 12.5 within a week, then down to 9 again.
