I'm not Barkley, but you're right this is eerily similar to the wording of the press release last year. I think they trotted that one out before they disposed of Mr. Kuhr and thought they had their financing in place courtesy of Mr. Kuhr and of course they didn't, so this press release has been in a 1-year time warp, and now with the bridge financing announcement, it's time to run it up the flagpole again. The major question in my mind is how they were able to "freeze" this purchase agreement for a whole year without some other bunch swooping in; a jetport in this location on the East coast is going to do very, very well, as the PR alludes. I know some of the FBO's at Love Field here in Dallas; they've got a gold-plated racket going.
