<<Replacing what.>> To replace the equipment owned by the company. Do you really think that low oil prices will last forever? Look at the long term oil price charts and tell me if you see any long term stability of price. Seems to me like the prices always fluctuate but never stay too long at any level. With all the political and economic uncertainties expect volatility with an overdue short term move to the upside.
