Setting up shipping schedules is no easy task. Its more like hi-jack a ship to carry your wood to market. Shipping lines owned by by Brazil companies have not maintained the ships and have docked/scraped more than 30% of there ships. Brazil has cut a deal with these lines making available money to repair the ships.

We have a few foreign lines willing to schedule with Madera, but offer no guarantees. This is why Madera has such a huge inventory ready to go, all of the ships could arrive in the same week. Madera will always have a ship schedule problem.

If you read the Brazil news/chat published on the internet, you can find out a lot about the day to day operation of Brazil.

Greenspan spoke about Brazil often today saying Brazil was in a recession not wanting to say depression. Madera is in good shape over there, one of the few with money no matter how little it is.
Madera is in the drivers seat in Brazil
