Propulsion Research Institute is who?

from the TRBD '97 annual report:
Dr. Peter Hofbauer, General Manager of
Technology for Turbodyne, is internationally
accredited and the father and innovator of
high-speed diesel passenger car engines. He is the
past Director of Engine and Powertrain
Development at Volkswagen AG, Wolfsburg,
Germany, where he was responsible for the design,
development and manufacturing release of the
lineup of Volkswagen and Audi engines, as well as
Volvo diesels. Several major manufacturers
worldwide have adapted Dr. Hofbauer's designs. In
conjunction with the Propulsion Research Institute,
he is in the process of designing the next
generation of engines, made possible by using
Turbodyne technology. This effort is in
cooperation with major automakers and
governmental agencies, with the objective of
creating an auto engine that gets 80 miles-per-gallon.

Does anyone know who might be at the booth in Detroit
besides Dr. Hofbauer?
