Keith, I have a question that you may or may not be able to "guess" at. The current OS for CVIA is ~500K. Sometime down the road CVIA may (will) have the opportunity to be listed on a major exchange. Let's assume that most of the warrants are exercised and we end up with about 750,000 to 1,000,000 common shares outstanding (this is just a rounded guess). 750K - 1,000K is not a big number of outstanding shares. Do you foresee a forward split (2 to 1 or 3 to 1) to get more shares in the hands of investors? Thanks, Mike
