I am setting a new account with a new discount broker. I am currently with Scotia but they will not trade US OTC BB Nasdaq Stox in this Scotia Office. Looking at CIBC or TD 9 What is CIBC discount arm? Here is the question - Say I have 5000 shares of X in the acct with CIBC and I cannot get thru to them. Can I sell them thru my Scotia acct and have the certs transferred within the 3 days from the CIBC acct to the Scotia acct for disposition????
