Ingram micro is a wholesaler. GKI has been touting their "smart one" artificial intellegence technology for about 5 years, that this guy Gary Kimmons (pres) acquired in a reverse merger on the canadian (vancover i think) exchange. The stock traded in the OTC under GKIS for a couple of years with various news releases etc. I caught up to them researching a guy by the name of Joe Ben-Dak who used to work for the UN. Mr. Ben Dak started handing out what he called Flag technology awards (in return for stock and compensation). GKI and TRBD (trading has been suspended for around 3 weeks) were both recipients of this award. Anyway GKI took off and obtained a AMEX listing when this Gary Kimmons convinced Rod Cainon (formerly of Compaq) to sign on as CEO. Well Cainon brought over some people, but unfortunatly one was a lawyer who once on board convinced everyone to leave last August (I imagine he explained what they might be getting themselves into if they stayed). Shortly afterwards the finnancial guy (Norville) wised up and left. In the past 6 years they have burned up 24 mil and the only thing they sold up to a few months ago was stock. I could go on and on (as this has truely been a great short along with TRBD), here's the PR release announcing GKI's distribution agreement, you'll note the two line reference to the delisting. Once Bloomberg picked up on the delisting all hell broke loose on the stock.

Should be a funny one to watch over the next few day's.
To answer you question, the only product they have is this CD Rom product that supposedly uses artifical intellegence to teach you how to surf the web, something my kids know how to do intuitively.
