How do you reach this conclusion? "Indeed, it is as I suspected." Did you misunderstand my post? I stated that PR Newswire does NOT write headlines. Their customer (ZULU, in this case) writes the headlines. They put out the story exactly as given to them. (Did you misunderstand who I was referring-to when I said "the customer"? Sorry if that was unclear.) Newspapers or other publishers who use the PR as a basis for a story can do as they please with them. But that is not the case here. I looked-up the story DIRECTLY on the PRNewsWire web site, and the headline was exactly as previously-quoted. This is the headline that ZULU supplied them. Do I have to quote chapter and verse from PR Newswire's customer agreement? I'll dig it out later...
