<Good accumulation of SIII stock by institutions for the period between 1/30 to 2/6. According to BASELINE, the institutional holding rose from 37% to 43% during that period. (6% of total SIII outstanding shares correspond to about 2.8 mil shares.)>

Now here's the puzzle: SIII closed at 16 3/8 on 1/29, and closed at 16 7/8 on 2/6, a period during which Baseline reports 2.8 million shares were being accumulated by institutions. I would have expected the stock to jump quite a bit... it sure drops when the institutions sell. How did they do that?
