Rather than giving me all these stats (i.e., up 860%) how about a phone number where CATV officials can be contacted. I'd feel a lot better about the company.

Having gone more than a year at basement bargain prices (i.e., $0.02 or less), if CATV is still viable, it probably has a load (i.e., hundreds of millions) of shares outstanding.

Anyway, having a disconnected phone is a red flag in my book. CATV smacks of a company gone belly up and somebody has started a rumor to get his money back. I could be wrong, but I'll need a working phone number to change my mind.
