Not sure what time and sales you are looking at. The NYSE bid was 69.5 for over a minute before the 200K was reported and did not fall any lower than that through the close. It was the largest trade of the day, excluding the NYSE opening trade.

For the short-term bulls, maybe the trade (or a series of related sells) was the cause of the quick decline, with the price rebounding once the seller was out of the way. Otherwise, who knows. Even if we knew for sure that it was a sell, what does that mean for the near term trading?
