Nick: That sounds impressive, I presume however, that this is an organic film like some of the fluorides (with dielectric constants near 2 as well) being developped by a number of people. If it is, it is good only for a part of the total process, yet quite interesting. The market certainly thought so and took out some serious resistance at 13. In the next few days we will see if it hold. My guess, unfortunately is that it will drift back under 11, so if you have profits, take them.
