Thanks for the information, Andrew. My curiosity is due to the weak financial position of WFR. Since I am not in the semiconductor industry myself, reports of lesser quality product do raise concerns with me in regard to the long term viability of the company. It does appear that VEBA will keep them afloat until the cycle turns, and I doubt VEBA would be putting their money in unless they feel the company can turn out a good product.
