And the other point to make on SRV, LWN...why these should be great businesses...is a painful one to anybody who has ever had to be a customer. The customer has to make a decision quick. The customer has a bunch of other things to do as well. And the customer is greiving over a loss. The bottom line is that the customer is probably not going to comparison shop.

I came down very skeptical on SRV a few weeks ago and have done a lot of homework since. Most of my previous concerns have been adequately explained. The company's accounting is extremely difficult to understand and really throws you off - it looks like no other business's accounting I have ever seen. But I think its clean. That was my concern. Having satisfied myself that the accounting is clean, the stock is a buy in my book at the current price.
