Hi Alan,

The 10K is due out end of this week (You already know what is in that through the 8K filed 1/27/99 with the SEC).

I mixed up the beat the earnings rumor (Suppose to be this quarter) with someone else telling me that the earnings report was due end of this week. A 10K is an annual earnings report so I have to give him that one. It makes for good reading when you want to learn more about what direction the company is headed.

I see someone else has posted the news of the upgrades and expected increase in earnings for 1Q.
