There is no suprprise and thus nothing new in the suit if you follow CVG...They are the ones who went to court to get an order versus Alltel...and Alltel's COUNTERsuit is just that...a COUNTERsuit!! I don't have a crystal ball (if I did I would not be posting)...but I would just guess that CVG will see 25 before it sees 11...and actually would be willing to make a "modest" wager to that effect!
