David, I've been waiting for you to answer some of Josef's questions about your product and the installation. He has some interesting ones. Josef selected some questions that appear to have been derived from doing some analysis of prior press releases. To wit ... if the product is truly "fully automated", the installation and implementation shouldn't take long at all. I doubt that there IS such a thing as "fully automated", so I was curious what your response was going to be regarding the amount of time and the number of resources it took to get that client (A water company, I think?) going. Then, at least, we'd have some understanding of what Veronex thinks "fully automated" means. I'm also curious to know whether the system was converted from an existing application with the "Data Centric Analyzer", or was it defined as a new application with the "codeless" mode of I\|Nova? This particular question intrigues me because my understanding is that the price you charge for I\|Nova includes a percentage of the maintenance fees that are saved each year by having I\|Nova installed. If the application was designed from scratch and not converted, then there would be no existing maintenance cost ... thus reducing the future income stream to Veronex. Regards, TED
