Welcome back my friend. I'm so glad you are home safe. I'll never forget that evening when I heard what was going on over there. No kinding the first thing I thought of was you and I zipped home to logon. Anyways, do you have Brent's home phone number? Alright, lighten up guys. It's just money and we've been waiting this long. A little longer won't kill anyone. I just don't want to see the fish in the tank turn on each other because they are so hungry. Know what I mean? I've got to ask . . . were you all able to hook up for dinner? It's kinda funny I've got images in my mind of what all of you look like and I think it would be a real shock to see how close . . . or far away I was. Don't really have anything newsworthy I can share right now. Kinda sit and wait on the court system. Looks like Judge Hunter is booked pretty heavy this week so I wouldn't expect anything dramatic to occur. If I was a betting man I'd say he told Black Sea and LONE to settle this thing on their own and be done with it. Perhaps the stall is being done on purpose. Still waiting for a release of the terms of the settlement. Haven't seen them yet so my guess is that they haven't been released because they are close to settlement with the another. Correct me if I'm wrong, but every indication I got was that in a week the SEC and court would have published the terms of the settlement. Seems sort of funny. And reading Jayne's responses to the questions R. Thomas posted made me think even more that something is brewing. We'll see . . . sure hope this gets done with. Hey Walleye, what about Monica's home phone number, huh? ;o)
