sheila-Even1, PMA was it's usual 16 Hr. day, and wakening up at 4 or 4:30 Las Vegas time instead of the usual 6 or so Houston time didn't help, it make's for a long day between meetings and the convention. I managed to get to the IOM booth on Sat. before my first appointment and talked to a salesman, he said that the Clik is selling as fast as it can be produced and that they are increasing production to meet demand, which they can't meet at this time, he also stated that this is without a major add campaign to publicize and promote the product. IOM is however, running a promo in conjunction with Agfa on one of their digital camera's, where the consumer get's a free Clik with the camera, and I'll guarantee IOM isn't giving it to AGFA for free. Agfa is not the biggest selling digital camera around, but it does OK and it get's Clik in front of the consumers and helps both companies. I also asked about the stock price, and his only comment was neither he or anyone else with the company could figure it out either, especially since they had turned things around, his wish was the same as most of us, that it would gain institutional support again and go back up. That just about cover's what we talked about, hope it help's. Take Care Steve |
