To Mike and all,
I didn't see this anywhere else, so I'll post it here. From MediaCentral.com:

cableworld.com

"ACTV-TCI AGREEMENT: Prepping to launch its first "individualized" regional network
by July, ACTV Inc. last week signed an umbrella carriage agreement ‹ its first with a
cable operator ‹ with Tele-Communications Inc.

Dave Alworth, the executive VP of ACTV, said the company expects to sign similar
agreements with several other MSOs before or shortly after launch.

ACTV plans to introduce its first enhanced regional network ‹ a more interactive version
of Fox Sports Southwest ‹ in Texas and other parts of the Southwest. The premium
service probably will cost digital cable subscribers an extra $9.95 a month. Cable
operators and ACTV will split the revenue.

Alworth said he's seeking a 10% to 15% penetration rate within four years of launching
the service. ACTV has said it intends to introduce a second enhanced regional network in
another part of the U.S. by autumn.
