What is your assesment of Safeguard Scientifics (SFE). It has been compared by several analysts on CNBC and in Barrons to a lower risk/less volatile version of CMGI in terms of its venture portfolio of net companies that it gradually spins off or brings public in an IPO. I do not recognize their holdings as major names but I may not be tuned in to some good long term ventures. Do you know anything about them or their outlook. Also, how would you value SFE....earnings are clearly a misleading indicator.
