Viasoft announced a secondary stock offering of 2 million shares today. After posting the big loss it is only natural to expect them to take advantage of the big market cap to replenish the bank account. It would be better to do it with earnings rather than dilution but I guess you do what you gotta do when there isn't much prospect for a positive cash flow.
