Sorry, Wolf...poor choice of words. Maybe I'll just keep my mouth shut ... but I was relating to the "move" or action of writing the calls and not the PERSON...and quite candidly it's still a dumb ... or "naive" move at this time! again, only my opinion!
And further, I did say "sorry" - my opinion!
Re: <Firstly, I was quoting from Beachbumm's earlier post if you will kindly re-read mine.>
Yes, I realized this...and I'm not blaming beach nor anybody,,,,just indicating that writing calls on LSI at this time is compromising one's position...let the profits run. However, if one thinks LSI is going to tank tomorrow (and it theoretically can!), then that person is definitely justified in writing the calls. But after having ridden this stock for such a long time it would be more wise to bide one's time and let the stock tell you when it's tired ... then write calls.
Buying some deep in the money calls or leaps is perhaps a wiser idea at this time.
Re: >>Lastly, for my own part, I'm just plain greedy.<<
Give me a break, we're all greedy...you don't have to explain. But if I have to walk on egg shells when chatting with you guys, tell me so and I'm gone...don't need to deal with children...been in the market since 1960 and this is a full time $M hobby...so to you, Wolf2 et al, my apologies...and, yes, I did my corporate diplomatic stint... 'nough said.
Good luck,
FNS
