No matter where you look, the prevailing sentiment for IHS is negative. If you are a contrarian, this may indeed be a very
opportune time to pounce on a few shares.

I personally feel that IHS has been excessively pounded. On the
other hand, it is going to take patience to get more than a small
short term bounce in the stock price. They have some serious
near term problems and are very highly leveraged. This will probably
keep investors nervous for awhile.
