<..course we all know that a secondary offering has been filed...> 20 million shares are coming to market next week - SSB is involved, and the deal seems to be a hard sell, as retail is being heavy handedly told no flipping and that accounts will be checked for compliance MONTHS later. NOT a good position for clients to be in. Also, at least 25% is "non-dilutive" registration selling: biz.yahoo.com ps, on the day next week the secondary is priced, it'll be priced at a slight discount to the previous day's closing price (which obviously could be higher or lower than here)
