FRAM Information Binx, I agree with you about the dubious claim. I don't see how Ferroelectric Random Access Memory (FRAM) can be competition for CF, at least not in the near future! Here's a bookmark from my SNDK folder that I've been saving just in case the issue of FRAM competition were to arise.
