In your or anyone else's opinion, could this really be a competitor in the "next generation of computer chips"?

Polymer semiconductors is the kind of technology we will need to get really cheap chips for disposable applications like smart cards. This work addresses a different end of the price and performance continuum than is being addressed by Cymer.
