Manzanillo: From the list of govt. agencies in your post, I'd opt for the Dept. of Agriculture being the next TAVA client in the govt. Farming controls a lot of Senate seats, and farmers have a lot of very expensive equipment. My Sunday post on Portland noted that the mayor there has been whipped into Y2K action by increasing phone calls from the public. I'll infer from this that farmers, who own and are dependent upon a whole lot more technology than the average Joe in Portland, are also making phone calls. But probably to their extension agents, not their mayors. Agricultural extension is deeply rooted in the US. And farmers have computers and know how to check equipment. So Dept. of Ag is a natural for a TAVA MEP-style agreement.
