Look at the last news release of IMPX. I do not have the answers. A major contract will kick start this stock. They stated in December that they expect another decline in earnings. If you buy now it may be several months before it breaks resistance. IMPX needs to release a strategy plan for its investor, except they do not want another law suit for hyping the stock. Bart
