CYOE mocks us and the SEC with their answering machine based companies with which they do millions of dollars of business.

On December 22, 1998 Coyote in a press release stated it received a $1.3 million dollar order from a 3rd. party leasing company (surprise) which would provide financing to Mercury Telcom (USA) inc.

The phone number given at 100 Park Ave., NYC, is an answering device. The address is no doubt an office shared suite. The home phone of the chief cook and bottle washer, Khandoker T. Kader, has been disconnected, no forwarding number. The release gives a web site, which still to this day says its "coming soon". Sounds to me like Kader learned his trade from Curcio, who learned it from...well there has to be some minor amount of suspense here. Anyone know Kevin Petrie. Feel free to point out my posts to him.

The web site was set-up 19 days before the release was issued.

Sounds like Comdisco may be being scammed bigtime if they actually are buying this equipment. Besides the SEC looking into these highly suspicious hyping releases, perhaps someone ought to contact the New York and California District Attorneys.

If they do come up with a loan Friday, I hope the SEC requires FULL disclosure at once.

Just trying to help a little in the boss' effort to "take them to the curb".

Richard
