CITN postponed there IPO filing to March 18. It was originally March 1. They are also filing for the NASDAQ at the same time. It went down 20% today and looks like a good buying opportunity. I bought some more today and will probably add more soon. The thing I like about CITN is the fact that I have a timetable of March 18 rather than "a few weeks". NAVR has frustrated me for months and at this point the only reasonable thing to do is to keep adding on dips. Although at this pace I'll be broke soon.
