Andy, thanks for starting up this thread. I'm new to OSSI, but like you, I enjoy partaking of their menu.

I initially bought into OSSI after tracking them for the last year. I originally intended to trade the channel (between 35 and 40), but when I went long around the middle of January, it didn't make its turnaround. I'm not complaining, of course, and now it looks like it may be a buy-and-hold move.

A couple things: this next year should be a good year if OSSI's margins can be maintained. This won't be as much of a problem this year, since butter prices should be lower. I don't know how much more expansion is possible for the Outback chain, and I'm curious about how well their Italian restaurant venture will fare.

Best regards,
Lel
