Ha! If you look poor and have a face looking like a criminal, you better be careful when walking in a rich neighborhood, because , based on the philosophy of DOJ against Microsoft, the policeman may put you into jail. The DOJ think if you look like a criminal , then you are guilty. The judge will judge not based on your previous conduct, but based on what you look like. If you wrote on your e-mail that you are to cut the air supply of your competitors, then you look like a criminal in the DOJ's
eyes. As to whether you really cut the air supply of your competitors , well , it does not matter at all. As long as you look like a criminal, the jail is waiting for you !!
