Hi David,

Thanks for starting this thread. This is a most illusive aspect of biotech investing. I found technical resistance points at VION and LGND in 1998 because of warrant related matters. This clearly is a key area in understanding one's overall investment decision making process. If only we could determine the basis for options decisions with large contract purchases. I am looking forward to following your thread on a regular basis.
