Re: Buyout Could be. No surprise that there is now some very serious consolidation going on in the gas and utilities business. You must have heard more about that from industry people at the conference. Frankly if we can get a one time pop up to 5 or 6 I could be happy and would move on. I do not wish for a acquisition that leaves us stock in a badly run utility. My best hope is that we can emerge from the carnage without getting bought up. I think we should get more out of our assets than the 50% they are valued at today, and when gas finally does go up, those assets will be dearer still. Just got to hang in there. The one negative I see, is that our management has not been so great at acquisitions. They paid too much for Domain. Could have gotten today for 1/3 of the amount. Lets hope they do not do something dumb.
