14mill/40 mill = 35 cents per share. BV is not usually used in spec issues because they have no real assets, cash on the other hand is very real. with the placement at 90 cents , i would think that the floor would be around that number. i can't believe the market maker would let it sit below that for extended period. Any more news on NASDQ?
