I was re-reading the SEC filings last night and was wondering about the debentures. One part in the filing says $2.50 or 90% of the days high and another part says $2.50 or 60%. I assume that the 90% figure is correct.

Could the debentures be the reason for keeping the price down? Still have 6 mos. before they become due. Thoughts?

As for money, they are cash poor but will have a lot of receivable loans coming in in June of this year. This should keep them positive.
I also noted that management is trying hard not to dilute their stake, hence the reasoning for allowing cash back on the debentures in lieu of stock. I hope they file the Dec98 numbers soon, as I think the Sep98 numbers were filed late.

This company is looking very good long term if all the current acquisitions come through. Seems that they will take a breather before starting on more acquisitions. ;>)
