waltertx.....It is obvious you are a fraud and lack legitimacy. It is obvious who put you up to this. You may even be AA himself. Your responses are vague and lack substance and credibility, and your attitude is incredulous. You seem more concerned about the actions of shareholders than the actions of management which is the main reason this company is in the dilemma it's in. Who are you kidding? Why are you defending Arif so vehemently? According to you he is free of blame and shareholders are the reasons for the company's downfall.

If, as you say is true, you bought 10 million shares at ,roughly, 30-50 cents, than you have, roughly, lost a cool 3-5 million dollars. And if you purchased at 50 cents, than you, supposedly, bought your shares between February-April when the bogus press releases and conference calls were in full bloom. Do you realized you bought your shares at the height of this manipulation and you were lied to and deceived? Why aren't you upset at the real reasons for the company's downfall?

Noone who lost this kind of money would be this calm and would take the position that you have. You're just not believable. Why weren't you irate and livid when '97 financials were eventually released and showed a loss when you were told by your CEO that the company was profitable and made .1085 OR BETTER for '97? Where was your voice then? You just lost 3-5 million because the CEO lied to shareholders directly for months and you're concerned about shareholders, just like yourself, doing the right thing and demanding accountability from this management. Why is no blame cast upon Arif? Do you realize you bought shares under fraudulent reasons when the company was blatantly and knowingly misrepresenting it's financial condition and defrauding the public? Why are you blaming shareholders for these actions?

The company is in a woeful state of affairs. It doesn't seem to concern you that the company is losing over 100 grand per month, is insolvent, has failed to pay their franchise tax, overdue payroll taxes, and their workman's compensation liability to the State of Texas. The CEO is grossly overpaid and lacks direction. Firing key employees seem to be the norm. Why aren't ANY of these issues important to you? Did you ever receive a proxy from your CEO? No. You're concerned about slander and libel against Arif. Why? All information stated on this thread has been facts. The TRUTH is not libelous or slanderous. If shareholders are spreading lies, why don't you bring some goddamn facts to the table and correct the situation instead of making vague references and threats?

Condemning shareholders for the company's financial condition and inept management is truly laughable. Get real. If you were a legitimate shareholder, we would have heard from you long ago. Now you want to sue individual shareholders for ruining your investment. This is ridiculous. It doesn't make sense and either do you. Why are you so concerned about shareholders doing the right thing and not concerned at all about the fraudulent activity of Arif and this company? Do you think the company losing hundreds of thousands a month, firing the sales force, an overpaid CEO who has lied to the investing public on numerous occasions have anything to do with the pitiful condition of this company?
