Hi Ray,

So Mr. Jacobs sold 4500 shares at $2.70... out of the 3,880,000 shares that he owned. 0.116% of his total shares. Not even worth the time I'm spending writing this.

What you neglected to mention is that he bought 7500 @ an average of $2.06.

If you do the math, he still owns an extra 3000 shares.
