j.oil , My concern is "how much money will JAWS need to continue product development ?" There are 11M shares with ~5M float. IF the company decides to issue another 5M will the stock drop. How much demand will there be for those shares ? Why not do a private placement ? It sounds like the company terrific products but I don't want to pay $1 per share if they decide to issue shares at 50 cents. Ricky
