Maybe NAVR's tentativeness is based on an internal problem that could come out just before IPO date (ie Apr/May)...eg their earnings are sucking in the current qtr and they can't get a grip on red ink.

As I recall, they have a weak CFO/acctg operation. How can they do the forecasting and financial modeling without the right kind of hired help. It is unlikely that the lawyers/investmnt bkrs are the only hurdle.

I do not think NAVR's dilemma is about Mr Market. How could NAVR find a more favorable situation than today's (and near future) current economy, no presidential lynching, relative upturn in Asia, etc.

We will see.

Go NAVR. Get tough, NAVR.
