With the exception of a few changed dates the last news release was
a carbon copy of the November 21 news. I was expecting more
concrete news of a deal to sell the granite, confirmation of a signed
deal and the closing of the private placement.

As anyone can see, I think the market was expecting the signed
deal as well. Price in the low forties and not much to hold it up
in the high thirties.

I am hanging on for the long term, but, I am discouraged with the pace
in which the company is proceeding.
