Marie, I can't add that to 2 million. Here is Dicky's SC 13G/A as of Feb. 12/99 that shows he still controls over 5 million shares direct & indirect including 220,000 options. I mean I agree that there is a lot of insider activity, but his core position has been reduced much less than you are indicating.
