Good news but I am left wondering if Internet Interview, Inc. is being acquired to melt into PLRP or remain a subsidiary. More to the point, will the shares from Internet Interview, Inc. be exchanged on a one to one basis with PLRP, or remain as separate and added to the "treasury." The actual business dealings were missing from the PR. Bottom line... does this bring about dilution to PLRP shareholders?
